We are looking Client Relationship manager with experience within (consulting, pensions, fund management, wealth management, investments or asset management) to manage the relationship with our institutional Pension Fund clients.
The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for delivering high levels of service to clients to ensure they continue to retain assets with our client. They will work with Investment Management to support client asset transitions. The CSM will also provide overall support to the team as needed. This will include supporting sales planning and segmentation analysis as well as client reporting system. Specific duties and responsibilities: Preparing and co-coordinating reports to be issued to clients within a timely period Ensuring all new client wins are funded in an efficient and timely manner Updating and maintaining client take on schedules, chairing weekly meetings and providing relevant parties with regular status reporting Expertly managing the clients' take on process: Collating all required information, completing and distributing client take on forms to relevant parties to allow set up work, and planning to commence Issuing and coordinating the successful negotiation of required client agreements with all parties (clients, sales, consultants, legal etc) Obtaining relevant Anti-money laundering documentation Co-ordinating effective transfer of assets with all relevant parties Working closely with operations to ensure up to date knowledge of product developments/operational changes that affect clients Acting as first point of contact for sales team and consultants - provision of required pre pitch data - presentations, costing data, responds to RFPs etc. Answering ad-hoc client related queries (performance, transaction, valuation, fund info, fact sheets) from consultants and clients Preparing and providing required reporting re annual pension plan audit requests Communicating to clients to keep them abreast of developments: Changes to managers Market updates Product enhancements Operational info/changes Trigger breaches and executed trades Attending Trustee meetings when required Providing support to business development: New business proposals |
