Our client is a global Investment Consulting business providing research and risk advice to Institutional Pension Funds. They are looking for an individual to head up their European Real Estate research team in their London office. Real Estate Investment Consulting is a growing area within the Pension fund industry and our client wants to develop market share.
The position can principally be separated in three intrinsic roles. To raise the profile of the team and the service it provides to the wider Pension fund industry. Speaking at Industry Conferences, giving press comments and interviews. Acting as the spokesperson for the division both externally and internally. New Business pitches to Pension trustees, highlighting this new division within the company to existing clients. To win mandates and lead meetings with clients. Proactively engage in procuring real estate consulting assignments and seek to extend the range of client services provided. To use their understanding, knowledge and experience of UK and European real Estate Investment knowledge to reach sound judgements and develop client focussed solutions. Consulting with clients on real estate projects and researching real estate products of interest to a global client base. Assist clients with the development of appropriate investment strategy, structure and selection arrangements. Provide solutions, reports and insight into investment issues. The Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate space within a companies like LaSalle, DTZ, CBRE or alternatively well known and respected institutional fund managers or Investment Banks. |
