Financial Controller is required to work for City based Money Broking firm. Reporting to the
Director of Finance, you will have responsibility to manage the finance functions, provide an efficient and effective financial service to the Company, and ensuring that all statutory and governance requirements are met. It is essential that you are ACCA qualified, worked in a similar role within a corporate organisation. *Preparation of monthly management accounts *Preparation and submission of payroll *Support Director of Finance in all aspects of accounting *Preparation of statutory accounts and related reporting *Liaison with auditors, both internal and external *Liaison with external suppliers *Overall responsibility for Access Accounting system *Preparation of any other reports, as required *Any other duties as requested by the Directors Preparation for Audit (Internal and External) *Audit planning with the Director of Finance for both internal and external audits *Reconciliation of all balance sheet items and final adjustments in relation to Income and Expenditure accounts *Preparation of Audit file, draft consolidated group accounts and final accounts *Communication with auditors and respond to all their queries in a timely and efficient manner Statutory reporting *Preparation of Annual Returns as required |
