An experienced Training Administrator is required for a Lloyd's Insurance Broker, to cover a 6 month maternity contract. You will ideally be coming from an insurance, or financial services company, will experience of dealing with professional exams ie ACII, as advice is given on professional exams and related knowledge is highly advantageous.
The responsibility of the role is to provide Training related support, assistance and administration to all business areas in line with regulatory and business requirements. Key Tasks and Responsibilities *Co-ordination and administration of in-house / external training courses and / or seminars *Promote training and development opportunities *Liaise with external training providers to ensure training requirements are suitably met *Source requested training courses and providers *Advise on possible training solutions in line with individual and Business needs *Maintain accurate training records in line with regulatory competence and training requirements *Record accurate training and development needs *Report accurately on quarterly training activity *Manage the training intranet site by ensuring up-to-date and accurate *Customising of online courses as and when required to ensure relevant and up-to-date *Develop good working relationships with Divisional Training Co-ordinators *Advise on Professional Qualifications, particularly CII and Lloyd's Qualifications and ensure personal knowledge of these is up-to-date *Process Professional Qualification exam rewards for staff |
