Our client is a well respected Global Investment Consulting firm. They are looking for an Investment Analyst to join one of their consulting teams. The company is ranked within the top 3 consultants in the World.
They are looking only for the highest calibre individuals with a University level education 2.1 min in a Numerate Subject. You must be professionally part qualified, either on your way to Actuarial or CFA accreditation. Completed/willingness to complete Investment Management Certificate (or other FSA approved exam) The type of clients they work for include: Corporate plan sponsors and fiduciaries, Defined benefit plans, Defined contribution plans, National, public and government funds, Industry and multiemployer funds, Health and group funds, Foundations, endowments and charities, Insurance companies, Central banks, Wrap managed account and fund of fund managers and Master trust and dealer groups. You will be encouraged to attend both internal and external training courses to ensure your ongoing professionalism, expertise and capabilities. In addition to the focus on technical knowledge, they place considerable emphasis on ensuring their staff develop client-focused consulting skills. Your key responsibilities wil include but are not limited to Financial analysis and risk management Setting investment objectives Asset allocation advice, including asset-liability modelling Investment manager structure Investment manager search and evaluation Monitoring of strategy and investment management against objectives |
